Industrial automation & systemsPune, India

Manufacturing intelligence, engineered from the shop floor up.

VK Technology connects machines, MES and enterprise systems so manufacturers can run paperless, traceable and measurable operations — with MES, industrial automation, IIoT and supply-chain consulting under one roof.

01Why VK Technology

Factories rarely fail in one layer. So we work across all of them.

We connect plant systems with business systems. Together with our sister company FeathrTech, one team handles PLC, SCADA and MES on the plant floor, and analytics and ERP at the enterprise level — so data moves without re-keying and decisions run on facts.

What holds factories back

  1. 01

    Paper on the shop floor

Manual logs, paper batch records and spreadsheet tracking drain capacity and invite errors.

  2. 02

    Disconnected OT and IT

PLC and SCADA data rarely reaches MES or ERP, and every line or plant runs its own silo.

  3. 03

    No real-time performance view

OEE, downtime and scrap surface days later, so decisions run on assumptions instead of data.

  4. 04

    Compliance and scale pressure

Audit trails, e-records and ageing legacy SCADA strain as volumes, products and sites grow.

02Capabilities

Eight practices, wired together — the way your plant already is.

Each capability solves a distinct problem, but none of them works alone. Select one to see where it sits in the stack and what it connects to.

MES & Manufacturing Operations

Manufacturing Execution Systems that replace job cards and paper records with guided execution, genealogy, quality and live performance data.

The problem

Production runs on job cards, paper batch records and spreadsheets. WIP is captured late, genealogy is incomplete and nobody sees order readiness until someone walks the floor.

How it works

  1. 1Map. Model your plant and processes against ISA-95 and capture user requirements line by line.
  2. 2Configure. Configure a COTS MES or build on reusable frameworks — whichever passes the fit, cost and exit tests for your scope.
  3. 3Connect. Integrate PLC/SCADA below and ERP above so data flows without re-keying.
  4. 4Validate & scale. FAT/SAT and, for regulated sites, computer system validation under GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11. Lighthouse line first, then a template rollout.

07How we work

Six stages, one accountable team.

Every engagement starts with discovery, not a product pitch. Lighthouse line first, then a template rollout across lines and sites.

  1. 1

    Discover

Senior consultants assess your current systems and plant processes, locate the operational bottlenecks and agree the objectives with leadership.

    Current-state assessment, ISA-95 process map

  2. 2

    Align

Executive alignment on strategy: what to fix first, what success looks like, and how the roadmap fits regulatory and business constraints.

    Prioritised roadmap, business case inputs

  3. 3

    Architect

Technology architecture and resource mapping: data model, integration points between PLC, SCADA, MES and ERP, and build-or-buy choices.

Functional & design specs, integration architecture

  4. 4

    Roll out

Phased rollout and integration, starting with a lighthouse line, then templated across lines and sites. Validation (FAT/SAT, CSV) where required.

    Configured system, validated releases

  5. 5

    Adopt

Change management and workforce adoption: role-based training, clear communication and support while operators move off paper.

    Training plan, adoption support

  6. 6

    Realise value

Track the KPIs agreed at the start and keep improving through post-implementation advisory and governance reviews.
